The spirit of the Karnobat master winemakers invigorated the traditional Bulgarian wine cellar, which Vinprom Karnobat built on an area of 110 sq. m. during Vinaria 2006. Each visitor at the prestigious wine exhibition sensed the touch of age-old traditions in winemaking and brandy distillation, which have become a trade mark for the Karnobat locals. Authentic vessels recreated the history of winemaking, while the oak casks, full of the mellow beverages of Vinprom Karnobat were a temptation for the connoisseurs. The frontage of an old-style house and the tasting spots made entirely of natural timber and stone brought the visitors back to the penultimate century … As if you had visited the old cellar of the Minkov Brothers – some of the richest and best known Karnobat winemakers in the later 19th century.
