The machine has been purchased by Vinprom Karnobat. „A computer and very fine tuning are used to pick only the most ripened fruit, which has reached maximum sugar content. This method of grape picking is applied by all global wine producers," said Michael Fetter, a representative of the French company Gregoire.
The unique facility’s capabilities were demonstrated at the vineyards of the largest winemaker. A special accessory on the grape combine allows accurate chemicals sprinkling of more than 600 decares per day, with maximum care for the vines. According to Michael Fetter, a representative of the French company Gregoire, the grapevine massifs of Vinprom Karnobat are a splendid example of how to grow high-grade vineyards, which in turn guarantee the making of exclusive wines and brandies.
